My personal Paddy Wagon was built using a conversion kit for the AMT "L'il Yeller" school bus. This consisted of the roof, both sides, rear panel, front windows, and inside segments of the rear area for the sides to sit on. I used a current L'il Gasser kit for the frame, engine, interior parts, most of the front and rear axels and associated hardware, front rims. The front wheels came from a '68 El Camino and the four rear wheels/tires came from four sprint car kits. The lightbars on the roof came from two Amt re-issue Ford Interceptor Police Car kits. All window "glass" was cut from two "CD" cases and cut to size and installed. The engine blower, scoop, oil pan and exhaust pipes came from a Revell/Monogram Parts Paks Ford 427 c.i. V-8 Engine kit. The model, as seen in the pictures, isn't finished as yet, as I still need to add decals. I wanted to get the pics posted in time for the contest. Thanks for looking. Comments always welcomed.
